Design and download custom GT timing belts for 3D printing.

Choose pitch, number of teeth and belt width. Increase the belt thickness only if you require extra strength. Adjust the tolerance based on your 3D printers capabilities.
Belt length = pitch dimension x number of teeth.
Once downloaded, select all surfaces and run the Boolean Union command before converting to a stl file.
Slice with 100% infill and print with any flexible filament (like TPU).
